Manzanita Creek Zinfandel MC2
Einstein's Theory (E=MC2) was all about energy. When you sip this wine, you'll understand how Manzanita Creek came to name their wine this seemingly strange name. Easy to drink, medium bodied, with a smooth pleasant finish, this is a wine to savor. It gives off an aura of everlasting, hence energy, and you don't want it to end. Coming to the last of the bottle can turn into a sad moment, indeed.
Zinfandels vary tremendously in boldness and texture. Some are big and rich, while others can be almost non-existent when it comes to fullness. We think you'll find that this wine will fall somewhere in the middle, making it a real treat to drink. The versatility of thie wine is amazing and we're sure you'll find an excuse to pair it with anything, just so you'll get another chance to taste it.
