Exploring Wines Perfect for Summer

Brent Shortridge, owner of Waterstone Wine Group in Napa Valley, returns to Texas to discuss the art of winemaking in California with a special emphasis on wines perfect for Summer.  Chardonnay will be explored with examples from Paso Robles, Monterey, and Carneros, and you will see how texture and body are reflected by region, age of vines, and winemaking choices.  Red wines will touch on chillable choices, the artistry of blending, and designing a reserve wine that will stand the test of time.
